Home About Us Contact Us Order CD Our Music
We met while performing in a church music group in 1973. This means we have been making beautiful music together for over 30 years! Married since 1977, we have three grown daughters. Rick Gaunder began studying guitar as a young teenager. Over the years he has played in rock bands, professional theater orchestras, and for school functions. He has given private guitar lessons for over twenty-five years. His day job is teaching at Pendleton County High School in Falmouth, Kentucky. Anne Gaunder played piano since childhood, and took up the lever harp since 2001. Her harp was made by William Rees of Harps on Main. In 2004 she became a certified music practitioner through the Music for Healing and Transition Program, and Anne now plays the harp at St. Elizabeth Hospice and rehab unit in Northern Kentucky on a weekly basis. Her “real” job is working as a pediatric speech/language pathologist for First Steps, Kentucky’s early intervention program. We play at weddings and church events, banquets and parties. Anne also plays the harp at funerals and visitations.
